Charity
As you may know, the primary goal of the Orthodox Order of St. Anna is to provide a means of charitable donations to God's neediest.
The Orthodox Order of St. Anna and the Grand Commandery of New Mexico are proud and honored to be able to reach out and provide assistance were it is needed. We encourage all of our members to donate and raise funds for the charitable cause of their choice, as well as those of both the Order and the Commandery.
The Grand Commandery of New Mexico is proud to sponsor the following charities:
We encourage anyone who is interested in helping out with these causes/charities to either contact the charities directly or to contact the Commandery. We will gladly take your donations and forward them off to the charity you select.
You can also help the Orthodox Order of St. Anna raise funds for Orphans by applying for membership in the Order's Militia. The majority of passage fees collected for membership in the Militia are donated directly to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church and is distributed by the Bishops to the neediest of Orphans in Ukraine.
If you would like to make a donation or would like more information about becoming a member of the Militia of Orthodox Knights, please contact us by visiting our "Contact Us" page.

A New Ukrainian Orphan is Sponsored by the Commandery
The Grand Commandery of New Mexico is pleased to announce that it has recently sponsored another Ukrainian Orphan through the charitable organization, Ukrainian Life Connections.
Our newly sponsored Orphan is Valentine. Valentine is a 10 year old boy who is in the 4th grade. Both of his parents have passed on and his Grandparents are too old to take care of him. He likes sports a lot, especially a type of karate called Kempo. When he grows up he would like to work in Law Enforcement.
He is looking forward to one of his favorite Holidays, Saint Nicholas Day (December 19th). He loves this holiday very much because there is a huge celebration in the Orphanage where the Orphans get sweets and presents.
Are you interested in sponsoring a needed Ukrainian Orphan through correspondence, gifts, and various other types of support? If so, contact "Ukrainian Life Connection" (www.ukrainianlifeconnections.org) and see which Orphans are still in need or a sponsor. Just a little of your time and some small donations can go a long way to help out one of God's neediest Children in Ukraine.
